Job Description:
SDAC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Foreman to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Skills:
Plan and schedule projects, including estimating time and materials, and developing project timelines. Supervise and direct the work of subordinate electricians, apprentices, and helpers. Coordinate job assignments with other trades, such as plumbers, carpenters, and HVAC technicians. Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations (including
NFPA 70E
), and industry best practices. Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, time sheets, and material usage reports. Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations. Prioritize safety at all times, ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel. Pipe bending, circuit wiring, feeders, services, fire alarm systems. Wire pulling, underground installations, and wiring electrical equipment. Performing electrical calculations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents. Maintain a current understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Responsibilities:
