Job Description The Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for displaying leadership skillsets, logistical execution, proper horticultural practices, and safety among a crew of 3-4 others. The Landscape Construction Foreman will oversee their role in a positive manner. Requirements and Responsibilities including, but not limited to daily reporting in uniform to MHLC Monday – Friday to prepare truck / equipment by 7:00AM in uniform: Company hat, Company shirt / jacket, pants, belt, boots communicate project needs and updates professionally to Supervisor interact with Crew in a multiple-task environment concerning weekly objectives and daily tasks safely operate landscape equipment demonstrate time-management and project efficiency by completing tasks on time and within budget Benefits to be applied after 90 days of employment health, vision, and dental opportunities 10 days paid time off after 90 days of employment, pro-rated during first calendar year paid holidays paid year-end two week break per overall Company performance 401(k) plan with employer matching Compensation based upon experience, entering skillsets, and industry standards
