Direct and manage the lay-out, installation, testing, demo, and repair of piping systems in accordance to industry standards Understand, comply, and respond appropriately to safety hazards Ability to lead small teams Communicate with Superintendent as required. Use of hand and power tools/equipment Mechanical ability Ability to read and understand blueprints Qualification s: Must know HOT water, CHILL water, and STEAM systems Must have knowledge of specs, submittals, blueprint readings, and intricate parts of systems. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently Capable of working outdoors and in environmental conditions including extreme heat, humidity, and extreme cold and high elevations Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Willingness to learn
