Assist in supervising and coordinating the work of team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to required standards Monitor daily activities on-site, ensuring that work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations Monitor the quality of work performed by team members, ensuring it meets project specifications and standards Assist in managing an organized and clean work environment, addressing any hazards or obstructions Document and report any incidents or issues that occur Maintain a high level of quality work at all times Maintain good relationships with Technicians, Foreman, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers, and other co-workers at all times Aid coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work tasks Perform other duties as assigned Represent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest manner
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in a construction setting Ability to communicate and convey information effectively Must be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 75 pounds Knowledge of OSHA Standards Ability to obtain Arsenal Badge preferred, but not required Ability to obtain FBI Badge preferred, but not required Requires personal transportation to job sites Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all job sites as required Work weekends and overtime as needed Committed to attending work each day Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
