The Foreman is responsible for supervising and leading a team of workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project timelines. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company. Responsibilities Perform general construction tasks Oversee three-to-four-man crew Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision and quality Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed.
