Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Remodeling Carpenter who takes pride in their craft and can handle a variety of residential remodeling tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and has excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform skilled carpentry work including framing, trim, and finishing Repair and install doors and windows Execute painting and drywall installation/repair Complete demolition tasks safely and efficiently Read and interpret project plans and blueprints Maintain a clean and organized job site Work independently or with a small crew on-site
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience preferred Proficiency in carpentry, painting, drywall, finishing work, demolition, and door/window installation Own basic tools and reliable transportation Valid driver’s license Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and positive attitude
