Commercial Roofing Foreman Confidential Mobile, AL 36693 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to lead our commercial roofing team on various projects – including reroofs and patch/repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background of installing and repairing commercial roofing systems with the ability to diagnose issues and quickly provide solutions.. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site. Diagnose and oversee the repair of daily patch/repair workorders. Manage the labor during the entire installation process of new roofing systems Assist in the coordination and ordering of materials, as needed. Direct tile laying processes and ensure proper installation techniques. Perform quality assurance checks during and after each and every job. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications Proven experience installing and repairing commercial roofing systems (tpo, modified, metal etc.) Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols. Ability to diagnose the root cause of leaks and assist in the repair in a timely fashion Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure.
