The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising a team, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, and executing various landscape construction projects such as erosion control, stormwater drainage, excavation services, grading, retaining walls, decks, pergolas, and more. You will be responsible for the overall health and aesthetics of our clients’ properties, leading a crew with minimal supervision, view projects for quotes. You will work closely with the company owners as an asset to the company and have a desire to assist in the growth of the company. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team to ensure efficient operations. Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance, new construction, and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape construction and maintenance or a related field is required. Knowledge of hardscapes, erosion control and stormwater mitigation is needed. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams effectively. Familiarity with irrigation systems and their installation is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be able to work independently without direct supervision while maintaining a strong eye for detail and precision. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally. Reliable transportation is a must. Punctuality is essential.
