Join our team as a Crew Foreman ! In this crucial role, you’ll lead teams to successful project completion, ensuring top-notch quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. Take charge of exciting projects in foundation repair, basement and crawlspace waterproofing, encapsulation, and more. What you’ll do: Supervise and lead teams while providing guidance and support. Foster a safety-conscious and collaborative team culture. Cascade the Company’s visions and provides clear direction. Ensures company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets are properly maintained. Ensures the team is providing remarkable customer experience and satisfaction. Responsible for meeting budget requirements as set forth. Maintaining impeccable installation quality in a timely manner. Cascade, track, and maintain weekly revenue generating goals. What you’ll need: Servant-leader mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional knowledge of construction industry or construction management. Ability to operate equipment and power tools as needed. Valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by Company. Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction or business preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Foreman in the construction trades or a combination of experience and education.
