Construction Services Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the outfitting operations in a shipyard. This includes managing a team of outfitters and ensuring that all outfitting tasks, such as the installation of equipment and furnishings in ships, are completed according to specifications, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the outfitting team. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage schedules and deadlines for outfitting projects. Oversee the installation of equipment and furnishings in ships. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Train and mentor new staff members.

Requirements:

Significant experience in shipyard operations, specifically in outfitting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in physically demanding environments. Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience: in shipyards with shipbuilding production or ship repair.
