Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards. Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate documentation of progress. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Prepare and review schematics, project estimates, and schedules using tools such as Primavera and HeavyBid. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management software and estimating tools. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices on job sites.
