The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong background in construction, with expertise in remodeling and concrete finishing. Prefer plumbing license with remodeling experience. Must have dependable truck. Duties Lead installation projects, ensuring all work is completed on time and to specifications. Utilize various power tools and hand tools effectively to perform installations. Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications. Build, restore, and fabricate structures according to project plans. Ensure proper plumb and level installations for durability and aesthetics. Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to maintain high standards. Train and supervise junior installers, providing guidance on techniques and safety practices. Collaborate with project managers and clients to address any concerns or modifications needed during the installation process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in plumbing, remodeling, concrete finishing, or related fields. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction techniques. Previous experience leading teams or projects is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
