Role:
We are hiring experienced Electrical Foremen and Field Managers to oversee commercial retail projects across the Southeast. This is a full-time, traveling position where you’ll lead electrical scopes for new builds and remodels across grocery chains, national retailers, and specialty commercial spaces. Project locations include Texas, Virginia, Georgia (key hub in Macon), Tennessee, the Carolinas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. All travel expenses are covered. You’ll be responsible for running lean, organized jobs with strong support from experienced PMs and client reps.
Responsibilities:
Oversee $1M-$2M commercial electrical scopes on active job sites Lead field crews and manage layout, scheduling, materials, safety, and progress reporting Communicate daily with Project Managers and site supervisors Conduct and submit daily logs, safety meetings, and labor tracking Maintain project timelines and stay within labor budgets Ensure high-quality execution and adherence to safety protocols Travel regularly to job sites with all travel costs paid by the company
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the commercial electrical trade Strong leadership skills with experience managing crews Deep understanding of electrical codes and project execution best practices Comfortable with tablets, digital reporting, and scheduling tools Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to pass background check and MVR Journeyman or Master Electrical License preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary:
