  Trillium Construction is hiring an Iron Worker Foreman in or around Cocoa, Florida. Pay rate is $35
• 40 per hour.

Schedule is usually 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate iron worker teams on-site
• Oversee installation of steel structures and components
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an iron worker foreman with strong leadership skills
• Expertise in structural steel erection, rigging, and welding
• Ability to read blueprints, manage crews, and enforce safety standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and meeting project deadlines
