Role:
Precision Landscaping is looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to lead on-site crews in building stunning outdoor environments. If you’re a hands-on leader with a strong background in landscaping construction and a passion for craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage daily landscape construction operations (softscaping and hardscaping) Coordinate and supervise crews to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards Install and maintain features including patios, walkways, pergolas, driveways, irrigation systems, lighting, decks, and more (softscaping and hardscaping) Adjust and maintain irrigation systems for optimal performance Train, coach, and ensure safety compliance among team members Communicate clearly with clients to understand their vision and keep them updated throughout the project
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in landscape construction or related field Solid understanding of hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems Strong leadership and crew management skills High attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
