- Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage roofing helpers on job sites
- Identify leak areas, investigate thoroughly, and make effective repairs
- Ensure safety procedures and company regulations are followed
- Use technology to complete work orders and timesheets
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Must be bilingual

- Follow instructions from the Foreman and assist as needed
- Help with roofing repairs, material application, and cleanup
- Assist in identifying and fixing roof issues
- Adhere to all job site safety rules and procedures
- Be reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Remain professional when interacting with customers and teammates What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience (Foreman role)
- Proficiency in TPO roofing systems is highly preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
