Job Description:
Install polymer-modified mortar in both vertical and overhead applications. Perform demolition of spalled concrete and substrate preparation in accordance with ICRI standards. Operate suspension scaffolds and aerial lifts to safely perform tasks at elevated heights.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in concrete restoration or a similar trade. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents. In-depth knowledge of safety standards and best practices. Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift and carry heavy materials. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality work. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Must pass a background check and drug test.
OSHA 10/30
