Position Summary:

Complete Development Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pipe Foreman to lead field operations related to underground utility installation, including storm, sewer, and water systems. This leadership position combines hands-on field work with crew supervision, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a strong background in pipe installation and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a field crew installing underground utilities (stormwater, sanitary sewer, and water lines). Coordinate daily operations and tasks in collaboration with the superintendent. Provide on-site training, support, and oversight to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met. Monitor supply usage and coordinate materials orders with project management. Review and interpret construction plans and specifications. Promote and enforce all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain clear communication with team members, office personnel, and external contacts. Address field issues promptly to avoid project delays or safety risks.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in underground utility installation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or foreman role. Strong understanding of storm, sewer, and potable water pipe systems. Proven leadership and crew coordination skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Strong commitment to workplace safety and job site professionalism.

Effective communicator with both field and administrative teams. Organized and proactive in addressing project needs. Comfortable working in diverse job site environments and adjusting to changing field conditions.

Work Environment & Travel:

Primary work location is in Orlando, FL , with regular assignments across surrounding counties including Polk, Orange, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco . Candidates must be able and willing to travel regionally as project needs arise. Weekend and holiday work may occasionally be required.
