CONCRETE EXPERIENCE
to oversee construction projects and lead a team of skilled workers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction crew to ensure efficient workflow. Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution and ensure compliance with specifications. Implement OSHA safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met. Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative team environment. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry. Must have
CLEAN MVR. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FINISHING, LAYOUT, AND FORMING CONCRETE. CURB FORMING AND RETAINING WALL EXPERIENCE A PLUS.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices in construction environments. Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands. A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
