Commercial Plumbing Supervisor Requirements:

3-4+ years of commercial Plumbing experience required Knowledge/Familiarity with FL Plumbing Codes/Ability to Read Blueprints required Experience with coordinating materials, and necessary equipment and technicians to make sure projects are completed efficiently and on time preferred

Commercial Plumbing Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple plumbing projects Manage subcontractors, and ensure service and installation projects are completed efficiently and on time Manage internal technicians as well Inspect work site to determine presence of obstructions and to ascertain that holes cut for pipe will not cause structural weakness Troubleshoot and repair various plumbing Performing work on Commercial job sites Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures Prepare written work cost estimates for clients Adhere to safety policies and procedures Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
