The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of remodeling, including construction, installation, and finishing work. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to deliver high-quality results on residential and commercial projects. Duties Perform remodeling tasks including but not limited to drywall installation, flooring installation, and construction painting. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively and safely to complete various construction tasks. Conduct plumbing and electrical work as needed in compliance with local codes and regulations. Install glass fixtures and hardscape elements as part of renovation projects. Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments or changes. Skills Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in the remodeling industry. Knowledge of drywall techniques, flooring installation methods, and construction painting practices. Familiarity with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and safety protocols on construction sites. Experience with glass installation and hardscape projects is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the remodeling process. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.
