What You’ll Get $50,000 – $70,000 base salary , depending on experience Quarterly bonus structure (¼ bonus) Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, on-call 1 week per month to answer technical questions Leadership position with room to grow in a respected company A supportive culture that values hard work, integrity, and teamwork What’s This Role About? As our Commercial Plumbing Supervisor, you’ll manage people, performance, and projects — making sure every install and service call is done right, safely, and efficiently. You won’t just sit behind a desk — you’ll be in the field, coaching your crew, solving problems, and talking directly to commercial clients about the quality we stand behind. What You’ll Do ✔️ Visit job sites regularly and provide hands-on support to your plumbing techs ✔️ Step in and work alongside the crew when needed to complete projects ✔️ Perform quality control inspections on service and install jobs ✔️ Speak with customers about job quality, answer concerns, and build trust ✔️ Provide technical guidance and support — especially on complex jobs ✔️ Write and review job estimates ✔️ Be on-call 1 week per month to provide after-hours technical support (not field work) What You Bring to the Table ✔️ 10+ years in the plumbing trade, with strong commercial experience ✔️ Previous leadership or supervisory experience ✔️ Ability to write accurate, professional estimates ✔️ Strong communication skills — both with your team and with clients ✔️ High standards for quality, safety, and customer service ✔️ Valid driver’s license + relevant trade certifications
