Electrical Foreman – Wellington & Lake Worth (Up to $35/hr DOE) ???? CCS Construction is actively seeking experienced Electrical Foremen for projects in Wellington and Lake Worth. If you’re a natural leader with the skills to manage crews and keep projects on track, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee multiple small jobs or one large-scale project (1200+ hours) Work closely with the PM and Superintendent to communicate job needs and progress Read and interpret electrical blueprints and plans Run smaller jobs (8-40 hours) independently with apprentices Ensure materials are requested in advance to avoid delays Create a positive and productive work environment Place and motivate personnel efficiently to meet deadlines

Requirements:

Prior Foreman experience managing crews is a must Must be able to work 40 hours a week and potential overtime if needed Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work with minimal supervision

Pay:
