We’re looking for an electrical foreman whocan work in the field while providing technical expertise andleadership for the crew. You will be responsible for ensuring thesafety, quality, productivity, and customer service on each job. Asa successful foreman, you will: Organize, lead, and train crewmembers to complete jobs following established guidelines andwithin designated timeframes. Ensure attention to detail with focuson safety and quality. Manage all aspects of the project to driveproductivity. Ensure there are adequate materials and equipment tocomplete projects efficiaently and safely. Effectively maintaindocumentation. Demonstrate knowledge of OSHA requirements Fosterpositive working environment with crew. Deliver high level ofcustomer service.
