Boynton Beach, FL 33426 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ROOFING Foreman/ Supervisor to lead our team in executing numerous roofing projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of project scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as experience with project management tools. The Foreman/Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Manage project scheduling and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Utilize project management software, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities effectively. Oversee the installation of pipelines and other structural components, ensuring compliance with specifications. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure it meets contractual obligations and quality expectations. Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety measures. Utilize equipment when necessary, ensuring all installations are functioning correctly. Collaborate with contractors to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise on-site. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the roofing industry. Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience in managing re-roofing, new roofs instllations, and roof replacements is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with using an roofing equipment is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and contractors.
