Plumbing Field Supervisor to join our growing team! Job Description Performs a variety of residential and commercial plumbing jobs including but not limited to water heaters, toilet repairs, faucets & fixtures, leak detection, gas work, sewer camera inspections and drain cleaning. Completes work with quality and efficiency to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard of work quality and customer satisfaction. Provides estimates and presents options, taking the time to learn our customers needs and educate them on available solutions. Professionally represents the company and delivers a “Best-In-Class” customer experience. Properly documents job findings and other job details in Service Titan software. Position Requirements Minimum 10-15 Year experience in Residential and Commercial Service Plumbing Comfortable Interacting with Customers and Presenting Resolutions/Estimates Proficiency in Service Titan preferred Knowledge of Florida Building Code Must be Able to Read Building Plans Must have Own Tools Must have Strong Diagnostic and Problem Solving Skills Must have Solid Understanding of Plumbing Systems, Fixtures and Materials/Equipment Must have Experience w/Drain Equipment, Drain Camera/Locator, Jetter, Propress, Gas Systems, Sewer & Water Systems Experience Working in Luxury Homes and w/Luxury Fixtures Preferred Excellent Communication Skills Driver’s License with Clean Driving History Able to Pass a Drug and Criminal Background Check Must be Able to Read, Write and Speak English Must have Physical Stamina to handle the demands of each job; including heavy lifting, working in tight spaces and working in various environments
