Direct Hire About:

Lead and supervise civil construction activities on industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and review worker performance.

Manage daily operations:

excavation, concrete work, drainage, road construction. Lead, train, and supervise skilled workers. Read and interpret blueprints and specs. Coordinate with managers, engineers, and trades. Enforce safety protocols; conduct daily site inspections. Set and inspect concrete forms; direct concrete pouring and finishing. Place and tie rebar; install embeds, anchor bolts, and grout accurately.

Requirements:

High School Diploma preferred. Experience with concrete, form setting, and rebar in industrial settings preferred. Physically fit for demanding labor up to 12 hours/day. Skilled in working in confined spaces, heights, scaffolding, and ladders. Reliable, safety-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
