Shift Module:
Available to work full-time (40hrs/wk.) subject to overtime, on-call (24/7), alternating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are being always followed at all sites Develop work schedules in accordance with the availability of employees, contractors and labor laws and monitor the personnel Report project status to superiors, site engineers and officials regularly Be the liaison between track laborers and superintendents. The Foreman is responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly at a construction site. They are responsible for being the point of contact between the laborers and superintendent.
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a construction superintendent in heavy civil industry Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites Must have a great attitude and the ability to motivate team members on site. Understanding of use and maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems
