Our team is made up of skilled and passionate individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a talented Commercial Plumbing foreman to join our fast-paced Special Projects team in Orlando Florida. This fast-paced position with our special projects team holds a critical leadership role, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing systems in specialized and often time-sensitive projects. This is a safety sensitive position.
Requirements:

Project Oversight Supervision:
Lead and manage plumbing crews, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Scheduling:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring plumbing tasks align with overall project timelines.
Resource Allocation:
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements and deadlines. ________________________________________ 2.
Technical Expertise System Design Review:
Collaborate with engineers and designers to review blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
Problem-Solving:
Provide solutions for complex or unexpected challenges related to plumbing systems, site conditions, or project changes.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience, 8-10 years preferred, as a hands-on plumber in a commercial setting. Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Medical Gas certification preferred Journeyman or Master plumbing license preferred OSHA 10 or 30 certification for safety training Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication in English and problem-solving skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
