Pipe Foreman James C Hall Company Inc Winter Springs, FL 32708 Job Overview Hall Company Inc. is a State Certified Utility Contractor, as well as an Asphalt Pavement Maintenance and Concrete Repair Company. Hall is locally owned and has operated in Central Florida since 1983. We are seeking experienced Pipe Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in various construction and operational tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, front loader trucks, bulldozers, and backhoes. Perform tasks related to concrete forming and assist in various construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project specifications. Engage in digging and excavation activities as required by project needs. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience as a Pipe Foreman is required. Familiarity with blueprint reading is beneficial for understanding project requirements. A strong willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction operations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
