The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telecom construction where you will lead crews in the installation and maintenance of telecom systems. You will also ensure everyone is following safety protocols and project timelines. Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of team members
• Read and understand construction drawings
• Help ensure everyone is following safety regulations/guidelines
• Responsible for daily production reporting, timesheets, expense reports, equipment needs to the management team
