What You’ll Do:

Lead a badass crew of builders and make outdoor magic happen. Read blueprints like a boss. Keep projects moving, solve problems on the fly, and make sure everything looks sharp and runs smooth. Be the go-to for quality, safety, and making clients say “whoa!”

What You Bring:

Experience in landscaping/hardscaping, carpentry, or outdoor construction (3+ years). Leadership skills – people want to follow your lead. Ability to think on your feet and adapt to ever-changing projects. Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license (CDL a bonus).
