Responsibilities Supervise and Run Job Crew with Great Leadership Skills to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Must be able to Trouble shoot Electrical issues & problem solve, able to install & wire fixtures, run conduit, able to read some blue prints if needed. Must have Electrical tool knowledge Must be dependable, honest, have good communication & work ethic skills. Must be able to complete daily task in timely order for job budgets Must be able to pass a drug test Must have Driver’s License Qualifications Proven & Professional experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry with at least 3+ years of experience in electrical knowledge. Must be able to multi task and perform tasks given by Project manager daily, able to work under stressful situations at time. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and relevant codes. Strong Leadership skills to train other crew members & over see duties and task are done correctly. Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
