Role:
We’re hiring experienced Foremen / Field Managers to lead electrical scopes on commercial retail projects across the Southeast. These are full-time, traveling roles (typically 3-week rotations) working on a mix of ground-up new construction and remodels for big box retailers like grocery chains and specialty commercial spaces. You’ll work closely with experienced PMs and field crews across Texas and the East Coast. Travel includes Southern Virginia, Georgia (with a key hub in Macon), Tennessee, the Carolinas, Alabama, Mississippi, and future work in Florida. This is an opportunity to work with a team that values leadership, runs lean but organized, and rewards results.
What You’ll Do:
Lead field crews on commercial electrical projects ($1M
- 2M scopes typical) Coordinate layout, planning, safety, and daily progress with PMs and client reps Own jobsite execution: tools, materials, documentation, safety, schedules Conduct daily logs, safety meetings, timesheets, and reporting Travel nationwide (with full expenses paid) and maintain project standards across sites Ensure projects are delivered on time and within labor budgets
Who We’re Looking For:
5+ years in the electrical trade (commercial/retail experience preferred) Strong leadership ability managing crews on active job sites Solid understanding of electrical codes and project execution Tech-savvy — confident with digital reporting, tablets, scheduling tools Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to pass background and MVR checks (DUI history will be evaluated) Holds a state electrical license (Journeyman/Master preferred) or is willing to obtain one within 6 months
Compensation & Perks:
$100,000
- 130,000 base , depending on experience & licensure Weekly pay All travel paid
