Working foreman needed for new construction assisted living and apartment projects. Must be capable of reading plans, communicating with builder, inspectors, and office to oversee job. Must have at least Journeyman level experience. (MINIMUM
OF 3 YEARS
) Other duties include overseeing crew, ordering material and verifying work is completed on time. This is a foreman position and requires working with hand tools as needed. Company covers travel expenses and lodging if not residing in job location. Company benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays, health, dental and vision insurance. Top pay!!!
