This role is responsible for managing and executing service calls within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Role Overview:

The Service Foreman will lead small service crews, perform hands-on roofing repairs, and be the face of the company during service calls. This position is ideal for a proactive and dependable leader with strong technical knowledge and a passion for quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead service crews on commercial roofing inspections, repairs, and maintenance jobs Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA and company standards Maintain daily communication with customers, project managers, and internal teams Perform roofing repairs (TPO, PVC, EPDM, etc.) and troubleshoot leaks as needed Participate in weekly team meetings at the Atlanta office Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and materials used

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on commercial roofing service experience Proficiency in TPO, PVC, and EPDM systems Previous experience leading small crews Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to read blueprints and understand roofing specifications Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits:
