Paying:

$28hr-$35hr – Depending on experience As a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman , you will: Take full ownership of daily service operations—leading crews, ensuring job quality and safety, and communicating with clients. You’ll be the go-to field leader on-site, representing a respected roofing brand known for professionalism and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Crew Oversight:

Lead and support service technicians on daily repair, call-out, and warranty jobs.

Hands-On Repairs:

Troubleshoot and repair leaks on low-slope commercial systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, mod-bit, and sheet metal.

Workflow Management:

Keep jobs on schedule and ensure projects meet company quality standards.

Client-Facing Leadership:

Communicate clearly with building owners, property managers, and tenants about repair scope, progress, and recommendations.

Safety Leadership:

Enforce OSHA standards and fall protection requirements on every job site. Lead daily safety briefings and maintain compliance documentation.

Field Documentation:

Use smartphone or tablet to document before-and-after photos, service notes, and project summaries.

Mentor Role:

Train and guide newer crew members to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

Problem Solving:

Respond quickly to field issues and make on-the-spot decisions to keep projects moving.

Qualifications:

Roofing Experience:

3+ years in commercial roofing service and repair roles. Foreman or lead tech experience strongly preferred.

Systems Knowledge:

Skilled with single-ply, modified bitumen, and sheet metal roofing systems.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead crews and maintain productivity and morale in the field.

Technology-Friendly:

Able to use digital tools for reporting and documentation.

Clean MVR:

Valid driver’s license required; company truck may be provided.

Strong Work Ethic:
