Electrical Foreman LaborWorx Industrial Staffing Fairburn, GA 30213 Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical team on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, construction management, and quality control. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical workers on construction sites. Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and project requirements. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and manage documentation. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects. Train and mentor junior electricians in best practices and safety protocols. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety meetings. Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose problems effectively. Assist in the planning and building of electrical systems for new construction projects or renovations. Skills Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations relevant to construction sites. Proficiency in using construction management software for project tracking and documentation. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately. Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team leadership and development. Experience in quality control processes within the construction industry. Familiarity with pipeline construction practices is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues effectively.
