The General Superintendentis responsible for the oversight of all district field operationsconsistent with and supportive of company policies and procedures,with an emphasis on exceeding personal, district and company goals.

The General Superintendent works with individuals of all levelswithin the organization and is responsible for coordinating theactivities and development of multiple direct reports.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

Assures achievement of productivity, quality, andsafety objectives. Oversees field training programs. Assists withthe development and coordination of materials and equipmentschedules and promotes their efficient use. Supervises hiring,training, job assignments, promotions, transfers, layoffs, andterminations for field personnel in accordance with company equalemployment opportunity guidelines. Manages personnel developmentand activities to maximize efficiency of workforce. Assists theproject team in establishing the sequential steps involved in allprocesses within the scope of the project and adapts schedules andwork tasks accordingly. Troubleshoots and resolves concernsregarding constructability with project team. Develops andmaintains customer relationships to enhance the company’s abilityto procure future projects. Performs special projects and completesall other duties as assigned or requested for the general supportof the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years ofexperience in the construction of cast in place concrete structuressupporting similar key position responsibilities. Advancedknowledge of all phases of concrete construction includinginstallation of rebar and post tension systems, concrete placement,formwork systems, and layout. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectivelywith all levels of the organization as well as customers andsubcontractors. Detail-oriented with the ability to efficientlyanalyze and organize significant amounts of information regardingjobsite productivities, quality procedures, and safety initiatives.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project andOutlook). Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements andregulations. Ability to travel and work for extended periods oftime on projects outside of the office area. BilingualEnglish/Spanish language skills a plus Knowledge of web-basedproject management software tools. 30 Hour OSHA card, preferred.
