Job Summary:

The Weatherization Field Supervisor performs skilled, technical and responsible work planning, directing and participating in weatherization program activities. This is a supervisory position required to schedule and oversee work load of weatherization crew staff and contractors. This position is performed under the direct supervision of the Weatherization Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly supervise and oversee the work activity of weatherization field staff and outside contractors to ensure program goals/contract requirements are met, while also maintaining quality service and ensuring client satisfaction. In coordination with Weatherization Program Manager, develop work schedules and assignments for weatherization field staff. Reviews audits; creates work orders for the bid process; identifies job orders for in-house installation. Participate in the bid process for approved contractors to include work requests and bid acceptance process. Ensure contractors comply with contracts and provide quality service. Perform QCIs on work completed once certified to do so. Enforce agency personnel policies and procedures, evaluate performance, and recommend personnel action as needed. Establish and maintain a safety program to include set meetings. Must Know:

Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used in the repair and maintenance of buildings and related structures; general construction, electrical and plumbing systems Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions Proficient in computer software applications to include Microsoft Office, Google Suite, emails, databases and iPad software. Must be a US citizen or have a Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551) Must have and maintain a clean driving record (NOT

TO EXCEED 6 PTS

) Must have and maintain a criminal history absent of convictions for violent crimes or any crime against children. High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education desired. Extensive experience in construction, repair and maintenance work involving buildings, related structures and grounds including considerable supervisory experience. Complete training program to become Energy Auditor/Quality Control Inspector and obtain BPI certifications. Experience in carpentry is also desired.
