- What you will bring to this role
- : We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-driven Hourly Foreman to lead field crews on complex bridge rehabilitation projects involving marine operations and work around active railroads.
This role requires a strong background in structural repair, marine logistics, and rail safety. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising and planning daily field operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
- + Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews on bridge rehabilitation projects, including over-water and rail-adjacent work zones.
+ Oversee marine operations including the use of work boats, barges, and floating platforms for material transport and crew access. + Ensure compliance with railroad safety protocols and coordinate with flaggers and rail authorities when working near active tracks. + Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to guide construction activities. + Monitor progress and adjust crew assignments to meet project milestones. + Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict adherence to OSHA, FRA, and company safety standards. + Perform quality control inspections and ensure all work meets engineering and regulatory requirements. + Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment, materials, and daily reports. + Assist with hands-on tasks such as concrete forming, demolition, pile driving, and structural steel work when needed.
