We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman with a strong background in HVAC systems and sheet metal installation . This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has the ability to lead crews effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of HVAC and sheet metal crews on commercial job sites. Actively work alongside the crew on HVAC and sheet metal installation tasks as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings. Oversee and assist with the installation of ductwork, equipment, and associated components. Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards. Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors. Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and productivity. Order materials and manage site inventory. Mentor and train crew members as needed. Complete daily reports and job documentation.
