Equipment Operator/Laborer:

Full-time, 40 hr/wk benefited position beginning July 1, 2025. Applicant must be able to lift 50lbs, and have construction/mechanical knowledge. Duties include physical labor, driving trucks, operating heavy machinery, and plowing snow. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. A CDL Class A or B License, Hydraulic Class 2A or 2B License, and 4G Mowing License are required within 90 days of hire date. Town is willing to pay for license acquirement with a pre-determined commitment to the position based on cost. Hourly wages are $25.32-$33.32 per hour depending on licenses.
