Independent Contractor Handyman for Apartment Building Repairs (Fall River) compensation: varies employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Independent Contractor Handyman Seeking a skilled and dependable Independent Contractor Handyman for various repair projects at apartment buildings in Fall River (AS NEEDED). If you have experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing and are looking for flexible, on-demand work, reach out to us today. This is a day-shift position (with occasional emergency calls only), making it ideal for someone who works second or third shift elsewhere, or for a retiree looking to stay active.
Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance on various apartment buildings Tasks will include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other general handyman work Pickup of materials as needed for jobs Be available for occasional emergency calls
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be dependable, with a reasonable response time Liability insurance (preferred) and contractor license (a plus) Ability to pick up materials as needed Must be available on rare occasions for emergency calls References are required.
