We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman to lead job site operations from the ground up. Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman with deep knowledge of hardscape and softscape installation. This role requires field leadership and technical know-how to execute complete landscape construction projects—ranging from site prep and grading to patios, walls, plantings, and sod installation. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented, working leader who will be actively involved on-site—not managing from a truck. Key Responsibilities Lead construction crew in daily operations across residential landscape projects Interpret and execute plans, including grading, elevations, and layout setup Oversee and participate in installation of: Retaining walls Patios and walkways (stone and concrete) Plantings and sod Ensure quality, efficiency, and site safety at all phases of construction Communicate with the Project Manager and design team to relay progress and field conditions Participate in full-cycle project execution: from initial clearing through final planting and cleanup Set up job sites each morning and guide team through daily tasks Qualifications Minimum 5 years of landscape construction experience Proven ability to lead crews while working side-by-side in the field Skilled in both hardscape (stone/concrete) and softscape (plantings, sod) Strong understanding of site layout, elevations, and grading plans Must be reliable, adaptable, and a strong communicator Valid driver’s license and ability to commute directly to job sites Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

$32-$40 per hour (depending on experience)
