The Bridge Foreman will lead a crew of workers, coordinate activities with project managers and engineers, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead bridge construction and repair crews. Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications. Plan daily work activities and allocate tasks to crew members. Ensure that all work is completed on schedule and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and tools. Inspect work sites to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance. Communicate effectively with engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment at all times. Train and mentor crew members on construction techniques and safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage.
