Job Summary:
This position installs, maintains, diagnoses, and repairs the telecommunication systems that exist across the assigned CPKC rail network.
Responsibilities:
100% field position, inside and outside working conditions. Ability to support call operations (24×7 availability). Assist in the support of the data network team to ensure all systems are functioning accurately. Ability to install, maintain and support telecommunications systems (VHF, Microwave, and PTC). Assist in the support of installed camera, desktops and printers, and WIFI systems at assigned locations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. You must possess a valid driver’s license. Ability to support call operations. Assist in the support of the data network team to ensure all systems are functioning accurately. Ability to install, maintain and support telecommunications systems.
