Some overnight travel required (per diem provided) We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on working foreman to lead a small crew on a variety of challenging site work, concrete, and asphalt maintenance-oriented projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a constantly changing environment, can make smart on-the-fly decisions, and enjoys taking ownership of a job from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day field operations on construction sites Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient job progress Operate heavy equipment as needed (loaders, excavators, skid steers, etc.) Manage timelines and adapt to challenging conditions in the field Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, plans and specifications Problem-solve and make effective on-the-fly decisions when issues arise Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors Assist with planning, scheduling, and on-site problem-solving Travel to job sites with occasional overnight stays (per diem included)

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a working foreman in site work, concrete, and asphalt maintenance Strong leadership and communication skills Skilled equipment operator with a working knowledge of jobsite safety practices Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment Valid driver’s license•company vehicle provided Willingness to travel overnight as needed
