Job Summary:

Milam Plumbing, Inc., a trusted leader in new home construction plumbing in Southeastern North Carolina, is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role ideal for an experienced plumber who takes initiative and delivers results—without taking on the full scope of a supervisory position. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has hands-on experience in custom home plumbing . As a Plumbing Foreman, you’ll support our New Construction Supervisors and help ensure high-quality plumbing installations across a variety of residential projects.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Assist New Construction Supervisors in managing specific job sites
• Independently run smaller plumbing projects from start to finish
• Fill in for remodel or service work as needed
• Lead crews on new construction jobs when a Supervisor is not assigned
• Step into plumbing tasks across departments as needed

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years plumbing experience
• Custom home plumbing experience is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage others on site
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a construction environment
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and occasionally up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work outside or inside, sometimes exposed to high heat or low temperatures
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs and work either above ground or in tight spaces
