Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Working Electrical Foreman with a strong commercial background to oversee and contribute directly on a live jobsite. You’ll be responsible for hands-on electrical installations, guiding crews, reading blueprints, and making key decisions in coordination with project leadership.
Your Role Will Include:
Installing lighting, devices, and circuitry
Interpreting and executing blueprints and layouts
Managing workflow and team productivity
Collaborating directly with GC and project managers
Leading by example and mentoring apprentices/helpers
What You Need:
5+ years of commercial electrical experience
Leadership skills and comfort managing a crew
Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving ability
Tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
Willingness to work 40+ hours/week and stay drug-free
